The Dentists

The Russells are a three generation dental family. Dr. Russell Jr. has passed away, but he left his son and two grandsons to carry on the tradition. They are all graduates of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and keep abreast of the lastest dental advances by attending continuing education courses throughout the year. They are all active in the community and strive to make Brownsville "A Good Place to Live"...and smile!

Thomas D. Russell III, DDS, FAGD A native of Brownsville, "Dr. Tommy" graduated from Haywood High School in 1965. He received his bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. and his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1972 from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. His professional associations include the American Dental Association, the American Orthodontic Society, and he is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Thomas D. Russell IV, DDS "Dr. Tom" graduated from Haywood High School in 1986 and received his bachelor of Science degree from University of Tennessee at Martin. He received  his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1993 from The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Memphis. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Tom has completed post-doctoral training in cosmetics and restorative dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) in Nevada; and implant prosthetics and surgery at the Misch International Implant Institute in Detroit. He is commited to keep current with new technology and procedures to insure the best quality treatment for his patients. Away from the office, Dr. Tom enjoys fishing, tennis, basketball, and spending time with his family. The whole family are big Memphis Grizzlies fans.

Andrew D. Russell, DDS "Dr. Andrew" graduated from Haywood High School in 1992 and received his undergraduate degree from Centre College, Danville, KY. In 2000, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Memphis. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Orthodontic Society.
